Cruise the Exhibitor hall and visit all
the booths! This is a great
opportunity to ask questions and
learn of new resources!
Outside Equipment
Displays:
Be sure to exit the south entrance
and check out the equipment and
vehicles !
Door Prizes:
1. Pick up your BLUE Door Prize Entry
Form at the APWA Tabletop Display.
Door Prizes:
2. Visit vendors all throughout the
Exhibitor Booth area. While
checking out their booth, ask them
to stamp your Entry Card!

3. After you’ve filled out your entry
card with name and
organization:
4. Turn in the card at the APWA
table by 5:30 PM Thursday.

5. Drawings will be held at the end
of the conference on Friday in the
General Session Room.

You must be present to win!
The first entry draw will be for:
GRAND PRIZE – SMOKER (donated by
your IA Chapter APWA). This will go to a Full
Conference Registrant.
Thursday Breaks:
Breaks are at 10:30AM and 2:45PM.
Head to the very back of the
exhibit hall for food and beverages
in both far corners.
Lunch:
Due to hotel construction seating is
limited this year. No problem!
Here’s the plan . . . .
Lunch:
Those in the Target Sessions will be
receiving box lunches this year,
but for all others . . . . .
Lunch:
Look for the bright pink “Lunch
Buffet Ticket” in your name badge
pouch. Present it at the buffet line.
The General Session will split into
two groups:
Group 1 - Eat Lunch first, vacate
your seat as soon as you’re done,
and then cruise the booths and
outside equipment.
Group 2 – First visit the exhibitor
booths and outside equipment,
and then eat lunch. Hotel staff will
be re-setting places as quickly as
they’re vacated by Group No. 1
Lunch:
There is additional seating for lunch
in the Chambers Room – last room
on your right as you’re going out
the south door to see the outdoor
exhibits.

Thank you for your help in getting
through this “construction season”.
I guess we all know what that’s like,
yeah?
Lunch:
If you have any dietary restrictions,
just let one of the hotel staff
members know when you get to
the buffet and they’ll take care of
your needs.

Free shuttle to and from Rube’s from 5:30 PM
until 10:30 PM – North entrance of the Sheraton.
Avoid the limited parking situation at Rube’s
and be safe!

Because with a full conference registration you’re
welcome to attend any of the three sessions, you’re
responsible for keeping track of your sessions and
totaling up the hours. There’s an easy to use form for
that on the APWA table, the Iowa Chapter website
and available on the event website.
