Section 3 Describe your baseline data

In ABC school division, 107 students with disabilities graduated in 2002 with a diploma or certificate of program completion. Of those, only 72 students with learning disabilities (LD) and other health impairments (OHI) graduated or received a certificate of completion. The LD and OHI graduation rate was 77%. The drop out rate was 33%.

Section 7:How Will You Spend Your School Improvement Plan/Sliver Grant Funds?

Funds (purchased services) will be used to contract personnel to conduct the proposed student-led training activities, assessment activities as described in this application, and data analysis. Additionally, we will use funds (materials and supplies) for training materials, meals/refreshments, instructional reading materials and criterion-referenced tests. Project funds (equipment) will also cover the cost of additional computer server capacity for Web-based teacher and student assessment.
