FEASIBILITY ANALYIS

•Research zoning classification and requirements of subject property (i.e., parking & loading, setbacks, signage, planted buffers, etc.).

•Prepare preliminary site plan with proposed building/ addition.

•Meet with planning department to discuss proposed application and determine critical design issues and whether or not there is anything about your application that may require Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) relief.
