The next Quarterly Business Meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 11th at

5:50 PM. All Ministry Team Chairs should have their typed reports turned into the

AREA COORDINATORS & MINISTRY TEAM CHAIRS

On Sunday, January 8 all Area Coordinators and Ministry Team Chairs are invited

to attend the 2012 Ministry Team Orientation meeting at 5:00 PM in the parlor.

At this meeting, you will be provided with vital information for you and your

ministry team. You will also have an opportunity to meet with your Area

Coordinator for planning and communication. Please make every effort to attend

as we prepare for a year full of service and blessings.

5:00 PM Education Area. These meetings will be followed at 6:00 PM

by a Church-wide discussion on our visioning opportunities.
