8u was rained out this past week, they go to Lake Crystal tonight.
10U White won both games against Blue Earth on Wednesday night, 15-5
and 15-4. Mariah Moeller pitched for the first time. Every player scored at
least one run between the two games. Mersades Droegemueller, Bel Lutter-
man, and Harper Staton had great discipline at the plate and walked multi-
ple times. Keira Benck and Brylee Miller had hits for the Cards, while Mere-
dith Nemmers was hit by the pitch in two separate at bats and didn't let it
stop her from being aggressive running the bases. Monday's games against
Jackson were rained out and will be made up at a later date.

After a Monday rain out Wednesday’s games at Hands were a 15-15 tie in
game one and 12-14 loss in game two. Mariya Klein, Grace Simpson, Kate
Hagen, Finley Reichel, Macy Hanson, Jayda Healey, and Cadence Leiding
all had nice hits. Cadence, Alayna Haefner and Finley all shared the pitch-
ing, Alayna’s first time for us.
New Ulm Tourney
We went 2-2 in the tourney, Playing in the “A” Bracket we got matched
against a high experienced team. The girls stayed together and played great
defense and had a lot of good hits all weekend. Coaches are very pround of
the hard work and how much they have come together as a team. Games
this week are Mon, Tue, Wed and their Southern Star tourney on weekend.

12u Team……...Terfehr
Cardinal Power 12U spent the week in Windom. We played Windom Blue Tuesday,
We won game #1, 14-3 behind a strong pitching performance from Neveah Rahm
and Allison Janssen. Neveah pitched 2 innings, struck out 4 and gave up only 3 runs.
AJ struck out 2 of her 4 batters closing out the last inning of the game. We won
game #2, 8-6 in comeback in the last inning. Paige Hainy pitched 3 innings, striking
out 2 and giving up 6 runs. Kynlie Anderson led the way with 2 hits, Allison, Paige
Hainy and Corene Moeller added hits in the win.
Thursday was back in Windom to play Windom Gold, We won game #1, 15-4. Alli-
son Janssen struck out 5 batters in 2 innings to start the game and Paige Hainy stuck
out 2 giving up no runs in the last inning. Cardinal Power 12U needed another last
inning come back to win game #2, 15-14. Neveah Rahm pitched a solid 3rd inning
to slow down the slugfest for the Lady Cardinals. Olivia Von Bank led the way with a
Homerun and a double. Kynlie Anderson, Ava Terfehr, Allison Janssen, Chantel
Moeller, Paige Hainy, Corene Moeller and Paige Linse all had hits on the night. Our
league record is now 12-2.

We played in the New Ulm Windmill tournament Saturday and Sunday.
We compiled a 3-3 record on the day earning 4th place. Saturday
Game #1, Cardinal Power 14, NYA Maroon Raiders 2. Paige Hainy shut down the
Raiders over 4 innings with 6 strike outs and only 2 runs. Allison Janssen was on fire
going 3 for 3 with 2 doubles. Kynlie Anderson, Ava Terfehr and Olivia Von Bank
added hits.
Game #2, CP 12U won 15-9 verses Blue Earth. Neveah Rahm pitched 2 innings, on-
ly giving up 2 runs and 2 strikeouts. Olivia Von Bank finished off the game with 2
strike outs in 2 innings. Ava Terfehr led the way with a triple, Corene Moeller and
Olivia Von Bank added doubles and singles. Kynlie Anderson, Chantel Moeller, Ne-
veah Rahm and Paige Hainy added hits in the effort.
Game #3 was a tough loss to #1 seed Mendota Heights, final score 12-0 in 4 innings.
Allison Janssen provided strong leadership through a tough game.
Game #4 was a win verses NYA White Raiders 6-5. Paige Hainy pitched 4 brilliant
innings holding off the Raiders on the last play of the game. Emily Muller, Kynlie
Anderson and Allison Janssen had hits in the tight game.
Game #5 was a tough loss to host New Ulm Red, 10-9. The bats were hot for Allison
Janssen with 3 hits. Olivia Von Bank added 2 hits and Kynlie Anderson, Ava Terfehr,
Chantel Moeller, Ashley Muller and Corene Moeller added hits in the 5 inning game.
The girls showed a lot of heart, but came up one run short.
Game #6 was for 3rd place. We lost a close 5 inning game to Apple Valley 11-7. Ne-
veah Rahm and Paige Hainy both pitched 2 strong innings for CP. Olivia Von Bank
hit a ball off the center field fence for one of her 3 hits. Ashley Muller and Corene
Moeller added hits. Paige Linse and Alex Ogden scored runs for Cardinal Power.

Monday vs Blue Earth was rained out. Wednesday vs Blue Earth. Lost game one
9-4. Allison Schwieger gave up 4 hits and struck out 4. Brittney Mosloski and Kelly
Lopau both had a hit and 2 rbi's and Emily Muller collected the other hit.
Lost game 2 by score of 7-5. Jaya Johnson allowed one earned run on 3 hits striking
out 6. Brittney Mosloski had 2 hits including a triple and had 2 rbi's. Abby Sunken
collected 2 rbi's while Kambria Steinhaus scored twice and slugged an inside the
park home run with a beautiful slide at home.
New Ulm tourney, Saturday pool play:
Game 1 lost to Buffalo 10-9. Had 6 hits, Haley Ditch had 2 hits while Allison
Schwieger had a double. Schwieger pitched 6 innings, giving up 7 hits struck out 6
and walked 7, only 5 runs were earned
Game 2 lost to MN Force 11-0. Jaya Johnson collected the only hit. She also
pitched 4 innings gave up 9 hits, struck out 1 and walked 4, only 3 runs were earned.
Game 3 lost to St. Peter 8-4. Emma Gudahl and Sydney Engelking both had dou-
bles with Gudahl collection 2 rbi's. Shaylynn Anderson took the loss allowing only 4
earned runs in 3 innings. Allison Schwieger pitched final 3 innings and only face one
hitter over minimum, striking out 4 and walking one and didn't allow a hit.
Sunday bracket play lost to Buffalo 7-5. Jennifer Moeller had 2 hits, Haley Ditch and
Allison Schwieger had the other 2 hits. Moeller and Schwieger both had 2 rbi's. Jen
Moeller pitched 5 innings, giving up 7 hits, walking 7 and striking out 9.
14u Team……...Johnson
Tuesday 13th, Cardinal Power 16U took the lead in the 4th and defeated Worthing-
ton 2-1 on Tuesday. Jen Moeller struck out eight, 0 walks, on 4 hits and no earned
runs. Autumn Wolf, Cambrie Anderson, Sydney Hainy, Marissa Steinhaus, and Lydia
Steinhaus all had one hit to lead Cardinal Power 16U.
In the Night Cap the Card’s defeated Worthington 11-3. Marissa Steinhaus
earned the win for Cards. She threw five innings, giving up three runs, four hits, and
striking out one. The Cards collected nine hits. Lizzie Oothoudt and Alex Schuder
each collected multiple hits for Cards. Whitney Scott and Autumn Wolf each drove
in two runs to lead the team. The 16u team was off on Thursday, they return to
action Tuesday at Hands Park.

18u…….Seifert
18u started the week in Sleepy Eye splitting a double header,
Sarah Tschumperlin went 4 for 6 on the night driving in 2 runs and scoring twice
Emma Gudahl came to help out and walked twice, got 2 hits and scored two times.
On Thursday 18u was at Hands Park where they took two wins from Windom 13-4
and 10-2 Lexus Wojtanowicz went 4 for 7 driving in 2 runs and scored 3 runs.
Fairmont 18u went to New Ulm on the weekend winning 2 of 3 pool play games on
Saturday but losing both their bracket games on Sunday.
They are back at home on Tuesday at Hands Park to take on South Central Slammers

provide a place for girls in Southern Minnesota to learn the
skills necessary to compete at a high level in a fun, safe,
positive team environment both on and off the field.
