CLASSROOM: Clean all black/white boards Clear all desk and work surfaces of

materials, paper,notebooks,ect. Wipe down all of the desk areas Place text and notebooks in appropriate

storage areas. Pick up paper and sweep the floors Push chairs under tables, desks and

work modules

LABORATORIES: Return tools, instruments to the

appropriate storage Sweep floors around machinery/ pick up

chips, shavings, sawdust, ect. Wipe or brush work surfaces Appropriately clean and store test

equipment and all hand tools. Clean storage areas as necessary Empty trash if necessary

Safety glasses will be wore at all times in the shop.

Shop uniform must be worn in the shop at all times.

Construction boots must be worn in the shop at all times. ( no tennis shoes or hiking boots)

Report broken tools or machinery to the instructor immediately.

Throwing objects will not be tolerated on school grounds or in the shop.

All nails must be removed from all disassembled projects as each piece is removed.

Keep work areas clean. Shop equipment and power equipment

is not to be used without permission of the instructor.
