A letter from the founder

Welcome to Delays’ Multi-Cuisine one of the finest restaurants in the whole Los Angeles area. Delays’ Multi-cuisine is a restaurant founded by the well known singer and actor Devion Lavel (Delay) young. This is a restaurant with many different cuisine’s.just like delay is many different cultures but he’s

Mexican,Cuban,and puertorican but in those cultures there are lots more like,native American,European,mid-eastern,Polynesian,and Asian. we are an

upper class five star restaurant.

Here at delays’ multi-cuisine we require formal to semi-formal dress.(not just any way/casual.) and if you come not in a formal to semi-formal attire

you will be asked politely to leave and you will be escorted out.

When you dine at delays multi-cuisine you have many options available to you at any time. You could go and get relaxed at our coed spa, While you are waiting for your table to be available. The spa only adds 2 dollars to your

bill.

Here we also have a onsite garden and a pond out side. With lit candles and soft music where you may have a romantic pleasure.

In each cuisine that you may happen to walk in to is decorated in that type of style, and that type of music is played too.

Note - you need to be at least the age of 15. If you are 15-18 you need a job permit. If you are 14 and 1/2 with a permit then you could talk with the manager about a cooking,or a reception position only.

Employeepay rates

Managers- get paid 25 dollars per hour. Need at least 2 years of restaurant managing experience and 1 year of restaurant experience. There are 3 main managing branches

: morning 6am-11am, afternoon 11am-3pm , and night 3.30pm-12am.

There are the restaurant managers(all day), co- manager (all day), and the daily divisions manager(look above).

Cooks- get paid 25 dollars per hour. If no previous experience get paid 20 dollars per hour.

Waiters/waitresses- get paid 8.25 per hour. If no previous experience get paid 7.25 dollars per hour.

Reception - they get paid 8 dollars per hour. If no previous experience get paid 7 dollars per hour.

Catering- caterers get paid 18 dollars per hour.

Custodians/the clean-up team-gets paid 9 dollars per hour.

Employeepay rates

Phone operators/recorder- get paid 8 dollars per hour.

All jobs start you at the listed rates. After a 12 month probation period the manager or delay will come and talk to you about a raise.

Dining

Here at delays’ multi-cuisine you may either dine

-first class is when you dine in the finest and fanciest rooms in the restaurant. Everything is fancy from the chairs,carpets,music,service,the table(s) and its inhabitants. The benefits from eating in the first class is that the service is

quicker than the lower two. At your table you have lit candles,gold and silver eating utensils,rich table clothes,beautifully decorated chairs, and a lot more. And depending on the type of cuisine you choice the room will be decorated

with that type of art,music and eating styles. This adds10 more dollars to your bill.

-second class is when you dine in the second finest and fanciest rooms in the restaurant. Everything is just about the same just about one step lower.everything

is semi-fancy from the chairs,carpets,music,service,the table(s) and its inhabitants. The benefits from eating in the second class is that the service is quicker than the third class. At your table you have lit candles,gold and silver eating utensils,rich table clothes,beautifully decorated chairs, and a lot more. And depending on the type of cuisine you choice the room will be decorated

with that type of art,music and eating styles. This adds 5 more dollars to your bill.

-third class is when you dine in the third class it is just like eating at any other 5 star restaurant. everything is semi-fancy from the chairs,carpets,music,service,the

table(s) and its inhabitants. When you dine third class you should have quick and normal guest services. At your table you may have lit candles,gold and silver eating

utensils,rich table clothes,beautifully decorated chairs, and a lot more. And depending on the type of cuisine you choice the room will be decorated with that

type of art,music and eating styles. This adds 0 more dollars to your bill.

Meal pricing.The meals here come in small,medium,regular,large and Grande sizes.

If you want a small meal that is 2 dollars from the main/listed price.If you want a medium meal that is 4 dollars to the main/listed price.If you want a large meal that is 6 dollars to the main/listed price.If you want a Grande meal that is 8 dollars to the main/listed price.If you want a regular meal that is the main/listed price.

these salsas come in regular,medium,cold,hot,and spicy. Just ask for the kind(s) you want. All of our food is fresh and not made any

earlier than 5 minutes after requested.
