Lime Stone Walls
The limestone on the walls of E62 is from Germany and is millions of years old. It contains fossils, such as the
nautilus seen here.
Terrazzo FloorE62’s first floor is covered by Terrazzo, a flooring system that has existed for centuries and includes post-industrial and post-commercial recycled glass — in this case, brown and green beer bottles

Designed for team collaboration, E62 holds 35 study rooms several equip with videoconferencing.

E62 hosts six state-of-the-art classrooms
Ring StoneAs part of MIT's Percent-for-Art Program, commissioned art work in the north garden. Titled "Ring Stone," carved in China from a single piece of granite. It symbolizes the interconnectedness of nature and industry
