Your credit limit on your new First Interstate Mastercard credit card will be the same as the credit limit on your current INB Visa. ACCOUNT NUMBERS

Checking, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, IRAs, and Loans

• The majority of account numbers will remain the same. A small number of account numbers have been identified as duplicate account numbers with another First Interstate Bank account; as such, we will need to change the account numbers on those few accounts. If your account is impacted in any way, we will contact you personally. If you do not hear from us about updating your account number, you can assume it will remain the same.

• Your new First Interstate Bank account will be subject to the terms and conditions provided in the “Your Deposit Account” booklet included with this guide.

Direct Deposit and Automatic Payments

If you currently have a direct deposit (e.g., payroll, Social Security, government entities, etc.) into your account, or an automatic payment (e.g., insurance or loan payment) out of your account, this will continue. However, on November 12, 2018, the routing number associated with these payments will change to 092901683. First Interstate Bank will send notice of the routing number change to originators. If the originator makes the requested change, you will not need to do anything. However, if the originator does not make the change, you may need to personally contact them. We recommend you utilize the Switch Kit documents located at firstinterstate.com to notify originators of the change to your routing number, especially for payroll and any deposit benefits you receive. If you receive deposits from a government agency, you may find this information useful:

• Social Security Administration: 1-800-SSA-1213 or ssa.gov

• Department of Veterans Affairs: 1-800-827-1000 or va.gov

• Veterans Compensation, Pension & Education: 1-800-827-1000 or benefits.va.gov/benefits

• Internal Revenue Service: 1-800-829-1040 or irs.gov

If you have payments established using a web-based bill payment program other than INB’s, you will need to go into that program and enter First Interstate Bank’s routing number (092901683) and, if applicable, your new account number, for any payments made after Friday, November 9, 2018. All direct deposits and payments must utilize First Interstate’s routing number (092901683) by May 31, 2019 to ensure uninterrupted processing.

CHECKING ACCOUNTS

Important Information About Personal Banking

ONLINE BILL PAYThere is no monthly charge to use First Interstate’s Online Bill Pay. When paying a bill online, please note that funds will not be withdrawn from your account until the payment is processed by the payee.

Payees

Most payees will automatically transfer to First Interstate Bank’s Online Bill Pay. You will need to manually add any payees that do not automatically transfer to your new online banking profile. We recommend you download/print a copy of your payees and payments from your INB personal online banking system before Friday, November 9, 2018.

Payments

Most established recurring payments will automatically transfer to First Interstate Bank. You will need to manually add any scheduled or recurring payments that do not automatically transfer to your new online banking profile. We recommend you download/print a copy of your payees and payments from your INB personal online banking system before Friday, November 9, 2018.

QUICKEN®/QUICKBOOKS®

If you currently use Quicken or QuickBooks for your personal financial management, your ability to update this software with your INB account data and transactional history will cease on November 9, 2018. It is important to have your account(s) up-to-date within Quicken/QuickBooks prior to 5 p.m. MST (4 p.m. PST) on November 9, 2018, to prevent losing access to this information. Any information not updated prior to this date will need to be keyed in manually.

AUTOMATIC TRANSFERSAutomatic transfers established on your INB checking or savings account will convert to your First Interstate Bank account. However, transfers debiting an external account are only allowed if they are applied to a First Interstate Bank loan. All other transfers debiting an external account will be discontinued on November 9, 2018. If you would like to establish automatic transfers from an account at another financial institution into your new First Interstate Bank checking or savings account, you will need to establish a transfer at the financial institution where the transfer will be originated. Beginning Monday, November 12, 2018, you may use I-Bank Personal Online Banking to establish transfers with no fee using our “Move Money” or “POPmoney” features. Please note, there is a $0.25 transaction fee for automatic transfers established on checking or savings accounts.

FDIC INSURANCEYour transferred deposits are separately insured from any accounts you may already have at First Interstate for at least six months after the date of the merger (through May 9, 2019). This grace period gives you a chance to restructure your accounts, if necessary, to make sure you have 100% FDIC coverage. Time Deposits (CDs) transferred to First Interstate Bank are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. Time Deposits (CDs) that mature during the six-month grace period and are renewed for the same term in the same dollar amount (either with or without accrued interest) continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month grace period. If a Time Deposit (CD) matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it is separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period. If you have concerns about FDIC insurance, please visit your local First Interstate branch and speak to one of our knowledgeable bankers.

It’s easy! Go to your App Store and search for First Interstate Bank. There is no charge to install or use our mobile banking app. With convenient features like mobile check deposit, balance and payment push notifications, account management, internal transfers, a balance widget, and more, it’s no wonder our mobile app averages over four-stars on both the Google Play and Apple App stores.

Once you’ve established your new login credentials, simply use those to login to the mobile app. You will also be prompted to complete access authentication steps to verify your identity.

TELEPHONE BANKINGIf you prefer to conduct your banking over the phone, we suggest our free, Day & Night Telephone Banking. Telephone Banking is available to you beginning at 8 a.m. MST/7 a.m. PST, Monday, November 12, 2018. Simply call 1-855-342-3400 (option 1) 24 hours per day.

Before using our Telephone Banking service, be sure to have your First Interstate Bank account number(s) handy. You will also need to know your Personal Identification Number (PIN). The first time you call, your PIN will be the last four digits of the Social Security Number or Tax ID of the primary account holder. You will then be instructed to change your PIN to a new four-digit number that only you know.

MORTGAGE LOANSThe servicing and ownership of your mortgage loan will be transferred from INB to First Interstate Bank at close of business on Friday, November 9, 2018. Starting November 12, 2018, First Interstate Bank will collect your payments. ACCOUNT NUMBERS

Checking, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, and Loans

• The majority of account numbers will remain the same. A small number of account numbers have been identified as duplicate account numbers with another First Interstate Bank account; as such, we will need to change the account numbers on those few accounts. If your account is impacted in any way, we will contact you personally. If you do not hear from us about updating your account number, you can assume it will remain the same.

• Your new First Interstate Bank account will be subject to the terms and conditions provided in the “Your Deposit Account” booklet included with this guide.

Automatic Deposits and Payments

If you currently have a direct deposit (e.g., payroll, Social Security, government entities, etc.) into your account, or an automatic payment (e.g., insurance or loan payment) out of your account, this will continue. However, the routing number associated with these payments will change to 092901683 on November 12, 2018. First Interstate Bank will send notice of the routing number change to originators. If the originator makes the requested change, you will not need to do anything. However, if the originator does not make the change, you may need to personally contact them. We recommend you utilize the Switch Kit documents located at firstinterstate.com to notify originators of the change to your routing number, especially for payroll and any other deposits you receive. If you have payments established using a web-based bill payment program, you will need to go into that program and enter First Interstate Bank’s routing number (092901683) and, if applicable, your new account number, for any payments made after Friday, November 9, 2018. All direct deposits, incoming wire transfers, and payments must utilize First Interstate’s routing number (092901683) by May 31, 2019 to ensure uninterrupted processing.

CHECKING ACCOUNTS

Checks

• You may continue to use your INB checks until May 31, 2019. After that date, your checks must reflect the First Interstate name and routing number (092901683). An initial starter kit of checks including the First Interstate routing number will be sent to you the week of October 29, 2018. You may begin using your new First Interstate checks on Monday, November 12, 2018.

Debit Cards

• Please continue to use your INB business debit card until midnight on Monday, November 12, 2018.

• If you currently have an INB debit card, you will receive a new First Interstate Bank Business Debit Mastercard, which also serves as your ATM card. You may use your debit card for signature, debit PIN-based, and ATM transactions.

• Please activate your card as soon as you receive it by calling 1-800-342-2974. Beginning Tuesday, November 13, 2018, you may also activate your card using your PIN at a First Interstate Bank ATM or by visiting your local First Interstate branch.

• The PIN for your new First Interstate debit card will be the same as the PIN for your INB business debit card. For your convenience, you may change your PIN by calling 1-866-656-4592 if you know your current PIN, or by visiting a First Interstate branch after November 13, 2018.

• If you have not received your new First Interstate Bank Business Debit Card by November 5, 2018, or have additional questions, please call our Client Contact Center at 1-855-342-3400 (option 9) or visit any INB branch.

• Your First Interstate Bank Business Debit Mastercard will have a new number, so you will need to contact payees if you have any recurring payments tied to your INB business debit card.

• The ability to control when your debit card is ON or OFF and the ability to set transaction alerts will no longer be available effective November 13, 2018. You are still protected by Mastercard Zero Liability, which means you are not responsible for unauthorized transactions made using your First Interstate Bank Business Debit Mastercard.
