Neither Class nor seminar is a Chat Room where anything goes. Please keep in mind the following in your online courses.

If you have any questions, you the student are to email the professor directly. If you do not ask questions how will you know the proper answer
Sending emails to the entire class is only permitted to be done by the professor (that is why the function is there; it cannot be blocked for one and not all)
