To access i-build, go through FlightDeck, enter your username and password.
This will take you to your the home page:

The Menu (3 horizontal bars) can be found in the top left corner of the screen
The options available in the menu will depend on whether you have retrieved a quote/booking or not.
There are 6 tabs to make your booking flow easy. You can work through the tabs from start to finish or you
can go straight to the one that is relevant.
Recent Bookings will display a list of the
recent quote/booking you
have accessed.
Recent Searches will display a list of the
recent products you have searched.
New booking is only available if you are
already in a quote or booking.
Client View will remove any reference to
commission so you can show your screen to the
customer.

LAND BOOKING
To create a land only booking, ignore the flight tab and click on 'Hotels'.
o Fill out the check in and check out dates. o Enter the city code in the City field. If you don’t know the city code enter the name of the city to display a list of
city codes and select the city code you are after.
o Enter the rooming configuration. Select the numbers of rooms, adults and children. If there are children
travelling you will need to fill in their age. o Hit 'Search Hotels.'

The picklist will be displayed.
Using the scroll on your mouse you can zoom in and out on the map, which displays hotels and points of interest. Hover over the hotel icons to display the name of the hotel.
From the picklist on the left you can instantly see which hotels are preferred by us, which offer MyTime and which offer bonuses.
Scroll down the list on the left to choose your hotel or use the interactive map on the right.

The rate code:- FLEX – Stable rate. If booking is inside cancellation penalties payment is required by close of business to make a reservation. RST – Dynamic rate. If booking is inside cancellation penalties payment is required by close of business to make a reservation. RSTIP – Dynamic Instant Purchase. Payment is required with 10 mins to make a reservation. (A dynamic rate is based on live availability and pricing. It is not guaranteed until a booking is made.)
Click on 'Includes' to display the inclusions for that rate
The commission percentage the retail agent will earn on that rate
Availability status
These rates on the picklist should NOT be quoted to a customer as they are from cached data. A rate can be quote when it has
been selected and you have moved to summary screen.
Click on 'Show Details' to display the features of that room type
Each room type will be listed with the different rates
available

o Click ‘Select’once you have chosen the hotel, room type and inclusions.
The below screen will display.
o Click Continue to accept the component.
You will move through to a screen that displays a summary of the quote. Rates can now be quoted to the customer.
Once you have completed the itinerary the summary screen has an option to save the itinerary.
o Click 'Save as' to save as either a quote or booking.
Select alternate check in and check out times and meal options if
required.
You must read the Cancellation policy and acknowledge that you have read and accept them
before you can continue
For more information on the product notes, or inclusions, click 'Product Information.'
Using the Tabs repeat the process to add in more hotels, transfers, car hire or/and activities.

o Enter in the lead passengers details, then click save.
You will see your new reference number on the top left hand side of the screen.

Alternate Hotels i-build gives you the ability to quote multiple hotels yourself. Simply quote an additional hotel for the same dates, then on the summary screen you can choose which hotel is the primary hotel in the quote and which is the alternate. Select the hotel and then click 'Primary' or 'Alternate' at the bottom of the screen. The package price will change accordingly.
Messages to Suppliers On this screen, you can also add comments that go direct to the hotel. Next to comments click 'Add,' type the comment and select who it will go to and then click 'Done.'
Once completed, you can click on the 3 horizontal bars in the top left hand side of the screen to go home or start another booking.

Room Moving Passengers When you create a quote/booking i-build will default the rooming to what was requested in your first search.
You are able to change the rooming to search for different option. i.e. at one hotel you wanted everyone in 1 room but at the next hotel you want them in 2 rooms, or you want to compare 2 x 1 bedroom apartments with 1 x 2 bedroom apartment.
i-build will then default back to the original rooming for the next search.
o Click on the Hotels tab. o Click ‘Change Rooming’ o Rearrange the passengers into the rooms they require by clicking and dragging them to the new
rooming. o Click ‘Apply’, when you search for the next hotel it will be based on this rooming.

CAR HIRE
Choose the 'Vehicles' tab on the homepage and fill out the details for the car hire.
o Click Search Vehicles
A list of car types will be displayed down the left hand side.
o Click on a car type to display the different rate options.

FLIGHTS
Choose the Flights tab.
Please note due to the complexity of some Wholesale Airfares not all destinations have fares available in i-build.
Carriers currently available in i-build include: • Virgin Australia Domestic, Trans Tasman & International Short Haul • Scoot • Jetstar • Regional Express • Garuda PER - DPS • Air Mauritius • Tiger
Wholesale fares come with extra benefits including: • Extra commission • Price breaks • Extra hold periods • Lower ticketing fees • And more!
Don't forget you can also search for wholesale fares in TUD for a wide range of airlines! Check out the wholesale page in TUD for more details.
If there is a destination you are quoting and you cannot find a Wholesale Airfare please contact your Infinity Holidays team and they will add the airfares for you.
i-build currently does not advise TTL’s, please contact your Infinity Holidays team for any TTL’s.
o Fill out the the from and to city details, dates and number of passengers. o From the drop down box choose whether the flights are return, one way or open jaw.
o Click 'Search Flights.'

Return flights will be displayed side by side and in order of departure time.
o Click on the ‘Flights’ tab if you want to refine the search results by Depart/Return Time or Carrier.
o Click on a Flight line to display the different fare options. o Click on the Fare amount to get a breakdown of the fare and taxes.
The price is the total gross
for all passengers
including taxes

o Click ‘Select’ to choose a fare
o Click on ‘Flight Information’ to display detailed flight information such as Baggage, Trip Duration and Equipment
Type.
o Repeat for the return sector if required.
Once you have selected all flights, i-build will display the total price.

o Click on ‘Fare Rules’ to display the fare rules.
o You will need to read and accept the fare rules before you can continue.
o Click ‘Continue’ to add the flights to the itinerary.
o Hotels must be added to the itinerary if they are not already part of the itinerary.

If you try to save the itinerary without any hotels you will get an error. Wholesale airfares must be sold inconjuction with land content.

PACKAGE BOOKING
The package booking function will guide you through a step by step process to create a package booking. This is used for booking Mini Stays, Beach and City Escapes, Hotel Passes and much more.
o Select the 'Packages' tab. o Fill in the departure date and city and number of people travelling.
You will then need to click on the magnifying glass next to the 'Package Code' box to find the package code. This will display a pop up box for you to select what you need.
o Click ‘Start Package’ once you you have selected what you need.
The Package option will ask a series of questions and display important information.
Every package will be different depending on it’s inclusions.
For example some will allow you to add in flights, other’s won’t.
If you select a package and it does not give you an option for something you want, such as adding flights, call your Infinity team and they can add them for you.

CONVERTING A QUOTE TO A BOOKING
To convert a quote to a booking
o Click ‘Book Now’ from the summary screen
If you get an ‘Itinerary comments and/or documenation flags required message you will need to add in Pick Up and Drop Off details for tranfers in the comment line of the tranfers.
The recommended format is:- ARR JQ123 ETA 0900 HTL CENTARA KARONE RESORT

o Fill in the passengers details. Fields that are compulsory are the Passenger Contact No, Title, Last Name and First Name. Some destinations also require DOB and Passport Details. You will be promted to add these if they are required. o Read and accept the cancellation policy.
o Click ‘Save’ to book.
ADDING REQUESTS FOR HOTELS

You are able to add in a special request or a message for a hotel, such as ‘Guests are Honeymooners’, into an exisiting booking.
Click on the hotel component to expand

also select whether you want the message to
appear on documentation and on
