(1.) Transmit your Digital ID to an infoSPOT receiver.

(2.) The receiver sends the transmitter’s ID and the HotBox’s ID to our infoSPOT Web Server.

(3.) The Web Server recognizes: a.) the Transmitter’s Digital ID and uses the settings of that account to deliver the message, and b.) uses the HotBox’s ID to access the retailer’s account with the preprogrammed text, audio or video message to deliver.

(4.) The text, audio or video message can be delivered to any device registered by the User (ie: Cell Phone, Email, Facsimile, Voicemail, or any other application.

Depending on how an account is set-up, the infoSPOT User’s account can have your information transmitted to many places and in many ways; instantly:

1. Cellular Phone: Instantly Receives text, video and voice messages to one or various phones

2. eMail: Instantly Receives eMail with text, video and voice messages or have the email go to someone else or various people (ie: wife, secretary, dispatch, etc.)

3. Fax: Instantly Receives document / printed messages to one or various fax machines

4. Online Account: Every inquiry is logged and mapped into the consumer’s and the retailer’s online account. It shows where you were, the detailed information of the location you inquired about and your infoSPOT Profile. This information can be used for synchronization by the consumer, for follow-ups by the retailer and various other applications.

(A.) When CLICKED by the consumer, infoSPOT transmitter sends a personalized Digital ID to an infoSPOT HotBox receiver.

(B.) The HotBox Receiver sends the Transmitter’s Digital ID to the infoSPOT Main Server. The server recognizes both the infoSPOT Transmitter’s ID and the HotBox’s ID and sends the appropriate HotBox text, video or voice information to the Transmitter’s registered device(s) (cellular phone, email, fax, or other styled devices; or all four devices should the customer so chose). It also gets logged and mapped on the infoSPOT User’s online account.

Additional Features: When the HotBox sends the Transmitter’s Digital ID to the Main Server for delivery of the message, the Digital ID is also saved and stored on the HotBox owner’s (retailer’s) online log at his/her own personal infoSPOT account. The information is stored to show: who inquired at the HotBox, time, day, frequency, their infoSPOT ID which allows the retailer to follow-up personally on the inquiry, and other pertinent details and data.
