As a result the students leaving the walls of institutions will be able to survive, compete and make a positive impact towards society at large. This does not mean that students of earlier days are lesser in way, but the only need is that a teacher of today should be familiar with advancement of class techs and methodologies and share his/her success stories with others, so as to inspire and motivate her students. Slide 19 Teachers Engage A Community for Educators Dedicated to Transforming the K-12 Classroom Taking a step forward CA & DD and FDE have planned a series of teachers trainings for all subject teachers. These trainings have already been started and as an initial step a group of 10 teachers from 3 institutions were given a week long training. These master trainers are now well equipped and ready to further conduct the participant teacher trainings for Intel Teach Getting Started Course in their institutions as per requirement of the course to be certified. The training will be cascaded to the rest of the faculty soon. The email address of nearly 100 faculty members have been made, they are now able to check and write their mails as well as upload/attach different documents for others to share. All the Master Trainers and participant teachers have already been provided the required training material; binders and CDs of the related materials. More such packages, as per staff strength of their our institution, have been requested from Intel representatives, which will be provided soon. The next plan is to train a batch of 25 more teachers as soon as the schedule allows. Some of their sample lesson plans have been uploaded. Soon they will upload sample result sheets they are working on for final exams and certificates they have designed for outstanding students. This will motivate others to join soon and catchup.
