� There is a € 1, 00 charge per room if we put a presents in the hotel rooms in your

name.

� There is a €80, 00 Charge if we recycle your used materials such as Paper. For hazardous or special waste we charge € 130, 00.

� We assist our Service to you should you like table decoration for your conference.

This offer is available to you at € 15, 00 per table decoration. Or help you find a new creative variation of table decoration.

� Changes within your conference for example seating are free of charge if notified

48h prior to the conference. Changes on the day of the Conference will be charges with € 75, 00 per hour/ per employee.

� The hotel takes no liability for equipment such as beamer, Laptop; etc brought into

the hotel conference rooms. Valuables can be stored in the hotel safe at the reception.

� The conference room can be used 2 hour prior to the scheduled conference. The

rooms can be booked additionally if they should be needed prior to set time.

� Our prices include a service charge and sales tax.
