SEVENTH AVENUE

26th in 1969

THE SANTA MARIA BUILLRING

It was built in 1931

INDEPENDENCIA PARK

It was built in 1910 to mark the centenary of

independence .

Near to the Colpatria building on Seventh Avenue and Twenty-sixth Street you can enjoy of a beautiful park

“The Independencia Park”. In the same area you can visit “The Planetario” , it is a interesting cultural center, here you can see an old museum of urban development

and the Stairs Theater. Next to it you’re going to find “The Santa Maria bullring”, it is a beautiful National Monument.

The National museum

It was founded on July 28TH in 1823.

The National Museum is the

oldest museum in the country.

When you go out of the park on Seventh Avenue,turn right and walk two blocks until Twenty-Eighth Street. You’re going to see

“The National Museum” at the corner.Here you’re going to enjoy a lot of interesting exhibitions.

THE SAN MARTIN MALL

Make a right out the museum. Go straight on the Seventh Aenue

about three blocks and a half. Here on your right you’re going to find

“The San Martin Mall”. Inside it you can go shopping and eat in

differents restaurants.

DITARIMBO THEATERThis theater was founded in 1988

When you leave the mall, turn right. Go straight twelve blocks,

from Thirty-Third Street until Forty-Fifth Street. In this corner,

turn left and go down three blocks. Across at the corner you

can see the “Ditarimbo Theater”. Here you can see a lot of

excellent plays.

Nuestra Señora de Chiquinquira

ChurchThis Church was

founded on October 4th in 1960, Its gothic style and modern.

Go out to the theater and make a right. Turn left again at the corner and go

straight on Caracas Avenue five blocks. Turn right on Fifty Street and walk up a

block. Turn left at the corner and go straight a block and a half. On your right you’re going to see the “Nuestra Señora de Chiquinquira Church” between Fifty-

First Street and Fifty-Second Street.If you wan to pray it’s the perfect place for it or you can see its amazing design
