Retake

PolicyAny child may retake tests for higher grades

during lunch.Corrections are required before taking the

retest.

Guidelines:1. Students must work on the corrections at home or during working lunch.2. Students need to bring the original test WITH corrections ONE DAY PRIOR to retest.3. This will usually be within 5 school days (may vary based on date of RETAKE – which is

assigned by the teacher)

All students and parents can have access. Parents can receive their own log-in/password by

filling out a form in the office along with showing their ID to the office personnel.

Grades are updated weekly in all classes. Grades that are entered can be seen in LIVE time.

Silent Lunch Policy

1st = Warning 2nd = Silent Lunch & Reflection (Parent Signature3rd = Silent Lunch & Reflection (Parent

If a student misses a day of silent lunch with no reasonable

explanation, this will result in an automatic referral.

Parent Volunteers & Field Trip

• We are planning to take 1 field trip this year in January.

• IMAX/Learning Lab• Cost will be around $15 and will be sent home

in November.• Chaperones must be registered – re-ups are

quick and you must bring ID to a WCPSS school (Computers are set up tonight for you to sign up)

PBIS (Positive Behavior)• We are using Reward Tickets for students that

follow the RAMS expectations.• Students redeem these tickets for “prizes”• Drawings each quarter for gift cards, etc. • Interim – Reward Time is for those students

who have all work turned in by the return date of the interim.
