ASSISTANTS/SUPPORT POSITIONS Family or friends who support you in any manner must be approved and documented by your manager. We are to be informed in writing of the actions and or services that they are providing you.

COMPANY SPLIT PROCEDURE 3 percent on each transaction is on-going. We are not a franchise which allows us the ability to capitalize on every dollar earned. Our company and agents see an immediate return from this fee. This transaction fee covers company branding and marketing plus donations and contributions to many non-profit organizations and community activities.Currently in numerous magazines such as Homes and Land, Discover, Style, Fort Collins, Best of Greeley, plus numerous city specific newspapers. It is our focus, goal, and duty to help you earn more than $60,000 in GCI per yearThe cap/minimum must be paid by the end of the calendar year for Desk Space, Private Office and Marriage/Team Concept. The Mobile Broker is required to pay a minimum of $6,000 by year end.
