• Every room has a podium, podium microphone, laptop and projector

• Fill out A/V request form if you need something special (fee based) – due June 3, 2016

Speaker Ready Room

• You MUST check in at the speaker-ready room

• Room 216AB, Meeting Room Level

• Open as of Friday July 8 at 2pm and during regular conference hours Sign in 24 hours before your presentation is scheduled

For pre-cons, if possible, check in on Friday July 8 after 2pm

Check your presentation – make any last minute changes if needed
