Bagnall cottage has a lovely feel about it. Named after the original owner of Richmond Place, we think he would approve of the love and respect we’ve treated the homes with. Bagnall cottage has a separate luxury kitchen, an open plan dining room/sitting room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There’s a useful cloakroom/toilet downstairs.

The open plan sitting room/dining room is one of our favourite parts of the whole development. The space is partly divided by a central fireplace. One side of the fireplace has a log-burner installed and the other side has been left for you to decide what you’d like to do with it.

One side will be your sitting room, but you could decide to use the other as a study area, a dining room or as part of your sitting room.
