Phases Online Registration for Primary Schools

Phase 2C/Phase 2C Supplementary

MOE has introduced the Primary One Internet System (P1-IS) in all primaryschools. Parents registering their child in these two phases will have analternate channel created for their convenience to register their child.

Parents who intend to use the P1-IS in Phase 2C/ 2C Supplementary arerequired to set up their SingPass 2-Step Verification (2FA). Parents are advisedto set up their SingPass 2FA early if they have not done so. For moreinformation on the 2FA setup, please visit the SingPass website.

Parents who register online will have to produce the originals of each requireddocument to the school the child is successfully registered during the DataAdmin Week from Mon, 15 Oct 18 to Thu, 18 Oct 18

Requirements Your child’s birth is registered in Singapore. Both parents have valid SingPass. Both parents are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents at

the time of your child’s birth. Single parents may register online via the P1-IS if (i) only that parent’s

particulars are reflected in the child’s Birth Certificate, or (ii) one parent is deceased.

of age 21 & above to handle the registration on their behalf if they are not able to come to the school)

Statutory Declaration (required for parents who wish to register their child using the address of the child’s grandparent or the parent’s sibling in a school within 2 kilometres from that address.)

Proof of Overseas Posting (produce written evidence of overseas posting) Use of a Yet-to-be-Completed Property (A certified true copy of the Sales and Purchase

document is required if the address of a yet-to-be completed private property is used for registration.)

Use of a Resale Property (An exercised Option-To-Purchase (OTP) together with the buyer's stamp duty is required for families who are in the midst of completing their purchase of the resale private property.)
