Registration is conducted at the primary school that you wish your child to be admitted into. The hours of registration are from 8 am to 11 am & from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm on each scheduled registration day.

MOE has introduced the Primary One Internet System (P1-IS) in all primaryschools. Parents registering their child in these two phases will have analternate channel created for their convenience to register their child.

Parents who intend to use the P1-IS in Phase 2C/ 2C Supplementary arerequired to set up their SingPass 2-Step Verification (2FA). Parents are advisedto set up their SingPass 2FA early if they have not done so. For moreinformation on the 2FA setup, please visit the SingPass website.

Parents who register online will have to produce the originals of each requireddocument to the school the child is successfully registered during the DataAdmin Week from Mon, 15 Oct 18 to Thu, 18 Oct 18

Requirements Your child’s birth is registered in Singapore. Both parents have valid SingPass. Both parents are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents at

the time of your child’s birth. Single parents may register online via the P1-IS if (i) only that parent’s

particulars are reflected in the child’s Birth Certificate, or (ii) one parent is deceased.

Parents are to produce other required documents where applicable. Letter of Authorisation (Parents may issue a letter of authorisation to their relatives or friends

of age 21 & above to handle the registration on their behalf if they are not able to come to the school)

Statutory Declaration (required for parents who wish to register their child using the address of the child’s grandparent or the parent’s sibling in a school within 2 kilometres from that address.)

Proof of Overseas Posting (produce written evidence of overseas posting) Use of a Yet-to-be-Completed Property (A certified true copy of the Sales and Purchase

document is required if the address of a yet-to-be completed private property is used for registration.)


Use of a Resale Property (An exercised Option-To-Purchase (OTP) together with the buyer's stamp duty is required for families who are in the midst of completing their purchase of the resale private property.)

Parents are to produce other required documents where applicable. Divorced or Separated Parents (relevant court order setting out the custody

arrangements pertaining to the child, signed Letter of Consent, signedLetter of Undertaking etc.)

Documents to show eligibility for Phase 2A(1) (Relevant documentscertifying the status (e.g. member of the School Advisory / ManagementCommittee), Phase 2A(2) (Relevant documents such as school report bookor PSLE cert certifying the status (e.g. staff or former student of the primaryschool) of the parent or the sibling and also the birth certificate of thesibling must be provided.) & Phase 2B (eligibility letter from theorganisation to certify that the parent is a member endorsed by theorganisation directly connected to the school must be provided.)


Parents are to produce other required documents where applicable. Documents for Withdrawal (Both parents’ original NRICs are required
