Welcome to the 2009 D&H Cattle Co. Bull Sale, We would like to welcome you to our second annual Bucking Bull Sale. We

have been breeding bucking bulls for 25 plus years. However, the past few yearswe have done extensive work on our embryo transplant program and cooperatorherds, and we are now producing 150+ bulls each year. So we have to sell 150+each year to keep them at a manageable number.

We had great reports on the bulls sold in last year’s sale. Three bulls which soldin last year’s sale were selected to buck at the 2008 PBR Finals. Bad Brad forJerome Davis, Slow Ride for Bobby Stallings & JW Hart, and Tom Petty forShane Davis & Jerry Nelson. Tom Petty was also a top Classic contender in 2008earning over $19,000.

We have cleaned up the bottom end of our older bulls. Our goal is to offer asolid set of seasoned bulls, along with a top set of young unproven classic prospectsin this sale each year. This sale offering is just that! It starts with 36 Sports Ma-chine a proven PBR superstar, and don’t miss the powerful set of five and six yearolds which are in the prime of their life. The three and four year olds have not hadmany outs (this will be the first for several). There is plenty of talent in this group.Watch them perform and buy the ones that fit your program.They are Bred toBuck!

We are also offering several breeding bulls this year. In the past, we have beenselling them in our annual female sale. But, we believe offering them earlier in theyear would benefit the buyers having the bulls for earlier breeding. This is a pow-erful set of breeding bulls. We only consider them breeding bulls if they haveproved to us their ability to buck combined with proven genetics. We have bredto several of these bulls ourselves.
