Welcome to the NALA Presentation to CACPS about Curriculum-Based Certification

Helpful hints to make this web cast presentation effective and easy to follow:

1. While everyone is logging on to the telephone conference, please keep conversation to a minimum. The facilitator will greet and take roll call before the meeting starts.

2. Please don't put your phone on hold if you have background music or a message.

3. If you must leave the telephone during the conversation, let us know when you leave and when you return.

4. Every individual's computer and on-line connection is different; upload speeds will vary.  When the presenter changes the image, it may take from 2-6 seconds (high speed connection) before you see a new screen. If you are logged on using a landline, the upload speed will be longer.  Please be patient.

5. Questions? The facilitator will allow time for questions at various points throughout the presentation. You may also use the "Question" button at the bottom of your screen to type in a question to the presenter. If you use this option, please sign your name to the question.
