• Confidential: Everyone agrees that nothing said or heard in the room will be repeated.
• Respectful: Everyone agrees to listen attentively to other participants.
• Inclusive: Everyone should participate.• Varied: We will use different means to capture your
ideas, including an index-card activity and a group activity.
• Useful: Focus groups typically provide insights not available from other sources. They often result in significant changes.
