True Partner™ Rewards Terms and Conditions True Partner Rewards is an incentive program (Program) for Designers (professionals who are paid for the design of kitchens) who partner with designated Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS) dealers. The program runs May 14, 2019 to June 30, 2019 and will be updated quarterly until Signature Kitchen Suite deems it should end. Participants are eligible to receive financial rewards that will be paid by way of Signature Kitchen Suite Partner Prepaid Mastercard. By registering and participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Employees of LG Electronics USA, Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to participate or earn awards in this program. Registration: Registration may begin May 14, 2020 on www.skstruepartner.com. Once at the portal, click the “Register” button located to the left of the “Login” button, which will take you to the online registration form for the Program. Approval of registration is contingent upon you being associated with a SKSapproved Dealer since all sales would need to go through an approved dealer.All information provided through registration is strictly confidential for this Program and is securely protected. Your SSN/SIN and Date of Birth are required for tax reporting purposes only. Registration validation may take anywhere between 1 – 2 weeks.Claims: Once registration is approved, you can log into the portal and begin entering claims May 21, 2019. You can find the claim entry screen by navigating to ‘Submit a Claim’ on the portal Homepage. All claims must be based on bonafied purchases of eligible SKS products by a Designer’s client (Qualifying Sales) during program period and entered via the claim entry screen and must include a serial number for the SKS products purchased. Claims may be submitted for sales starting May 14, 2019 and can only be entered after the product delivery date. Every claim must include a delivery date and shall not be paid out until after confirmation of delivery. You must provide all required backup documentation and information requested. Backup documentation includes a copy of the original invoice from your dealer to the end customer regarding the sale made to the end customer, including the delivery date and products sold.SKS (SKS) reserves the right to request additional documentation in order to process and/or pay a particular claim or to verify eligibility of Incentive claims and supporting documentation, including, without limitation, sales invoice documentation. SKS will determine validity of any and all claims in its sole discretion. Failure to comply with requests for additional information and/or failure to provide requested documentation will result in termination from the Program. SKS reserves the right to reject any registration and to terminate any dealer or Designer from the Program at any time.Only Authorized Designers partnering with designated SKS dealers (Authorized Designers) are eligible for this Program. If you are unsure if you qualify, please ask your SKS Representative. Any dealer approved to sell SKS during the middle of a quarter, will be updated the following quarter allowing Designers who are working through said dealer(s) to submit claims for sales that qualify based on program available during quarter in which sale was made and claim may be submitted after delivery date. The eligible SKS products may change at any time. SKS reserves the right to add and or subtract: eligible products and eligible SKS Dealers and raise or lower amount of awards during the eligible months. SKS reserves the right to modify the terms of this offering at any time. The products list can be found at www.skstruepartner.com on the ‘Promotions’ tab.Only sales of first inventory units (new in-box items) qualify for claims. Units must be sold/delivered to the consumer by the end of the promotional period. This offer is valid only for sales through approved SKS dealer in-store sales; online sales are not eligible for claims. This offer is valid only for B2C sales; B2B sales for any resale purposes (any LG Direct Dealer or Appliance Re-Seller) are not eligible for claim. Claims on returned products are not allowed. This offer is valid only in the 50 U.S. States and D.C. This program is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. Sample, “as-is”, rental, refurbished, used, non-good set products and display units are NOT eligible for this program. At LG’s sole discretion, program benefits may be withheld from participants who are not in compliance with the terms and conditions of this program. The arbitrator shall be selected pursuant to the JAMS Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator shall apply New Jersey law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law. In the event that the claimant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, SKS will pay as much of the claimant’s filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive. If any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal (other than that claims will not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis), or otherwise conflicts with the rules and procedures established by JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, the portion that is deemed invalid, unenforceable or illegal is that claims will not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither claimant nor SKS shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. Upon filing a demand for arbitration, all parties to such arbitration shall have the right of discovery, which discovery shall be completed within sixty days after the demand for arbitration is made, unless further extended by mutual agreement of the parties. THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN THE PARTICIPANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE SIMILARLY SITUATED. DO NOT ENTER THIS PROGRAM IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARBITRATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

These Official Rules and the Program are governed by US law and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Program Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Jersey, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in Bergen County, New Jersey.

This offering is void where prohibited by federal, state or local laws.
