Villa DelMar is one of a new addition to villa accommodation in Canggu. Built in 2013, Villa Del Mar is now opened for the guests offers stylish tropical living only 5 minutes from the surf breaks by Berawa

beach and 10 minutes drive to the most trendy area of Seminyak.

THE VILLA Designed in modern contemporary, it has a stunning amount of space with four bedrooms which can comfortably host up to eight guests. The villa has two-storey pavilion comprises spacious living space includes the first two bedrooms in the ground area and housing the other two bedrooms upstairs. The formal seating area has a comfy L-shaped sofas, a large flat screen TV with satellite channels and Bose sound system. The dining area has a 8 seating dining table and separated by a marble-topped table counter for meal preparation is a fully equipped service kitchen furnished with a set of kitchen cabinet and fridge. The villa has a spacious outdoor living space too. The 14x3 meters swimming pool is surrounded by tropical garden and it fronted by the main pavilion. There’s also a wooden pool deck with sun loungers. For a total relaxation and privacy, Villa DelMar is a great villa for four couples, two families or a group of eight friends staying together.

THE BEDROOMS Villa DelMar offers four identical bedrooms. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and the other two are located on the second floor of the main pavilion accessed via a unique stairs. Each bedroom is air-conditioned furnished with a king-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, wooden cabinet and drawers, a black-out curtain for privacy and an en-suite bathroom with an indoor shower room reached via the walk-through dressing area.



FACILITIES AND SERVICES 4 identical air-conditioned bedrooms, each has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, wash

basin and dressing mirror. Each bedroom furnished with king-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, wooden cabinet or

drawers and a black-out curtain for privacy. Private 14x3 meters swimming pool with pool deck and sun loungers surrounded by tropical

garden. Formal seating area furnished with L-shaped comfortably sofa and table, flat screen TV with

satellite channels, DVD player and Bose sound system. Fully equipped service kitchen with kitchen cabinet, fridge and marble-topped counter table for
