VENUES VERSATILE

Our versatile dining rooms and ballrooms can accommodate celebrations from eight to eight

hundred. Exchange vows in our Marine garden, enjoy a grand celebration in our Bayshore Grand Ballroom, or have an intimate rehearsal dinner in our Cypress Room. Individually controlled lighting

systems add to the ambiance.

Stanley Park Ballroom At 5931 square feet, and 16 feet ceilings and a foyer, the Stanley Park Ballroom is ideal for dinners from 150 to 350 guests.

Bayshore Grand Ballroom

Boasting 18 feet ceilings and approximately 15,521 square feet, the Bayshore Grand Ballroom can accom-modate setting for up to 1000 guests. With a generous

size pre-function foyer without obstructions, it offers floor to ceiling windows to allow the natural light to

come through.

Marine Room

Offering floor to ceiling windows and views of the Coal Harbour, the Marine Room is ideal for intimate din-

International Suite The one of a kind International Suite offers both an intimate and unique venue for up to 80 guests, with breathtaking views of Coal Harbour and Stanley Park.

Your Westin Weddings Specialist will instinctively and thoughtfully respond to your needs on a personal level, leaving you feeling energized, relaxed, and able to fully enjoy your perfect day.

A 10% deposit is required upon signing of the contract. A second deposit of 50% is due 30 days prior and the remaining

balance 7 days prior to the event. Your Wedding Specialist will be working with you to tabulate your deposit require-ments. All deposits are payable by cash, certified cheque, or credit card. We also require a credit card guarantee for any

outstanding balance of the event.
