Our Chef Gonzalo Pineiro and his team prepare a unique and traditional cuisine, combining gastronomy and creativity, with a tasty blend of Mediterranean influences and local Burgundian products. According to the seasons, the French cuisine is enhanced through fresh quality products. To ensure it, the Chef carefully selects his ingredients from regional suppliers.
