Everyt hing from a sing le source

The MG208 and MG210 systems enable the production of reinforcement meshes in di erent geometries at competit ive prices.

Thanks to the modular extension op-tions, the systems can be used in both, developing and established markets. The modular principle allows custom-ers to start w ith a low cost, simple yet extendible system. The w ide range of extra modules and o ptions allows the upgrade to an automatic produc-tion system w ith m inim um need for personnel.

The choice of various cross w ire feed-ing system s, plant concepts w ith very short change over times and high production speed can be realized.

It is not unusual for a MG208/210 project to result in a complete factory, planned, installed and fi nally turned over to the customer by Schlatter as a turn-key system.

Depending on your investment pos-sibil i t ies and the required degree of automation, Schlatter o ers a complete solution from a single source – from a simple system through to a fully- automated plant.

The r ight concept fo r individual requirem ents: The m odular structure of the Schlatter w eld ing system s lets you start w ith m inim um investm ent costs before converting and extending your plant in line w ith requirem ents.

Modularity

System MG208

The r ight concept for the successful start-up of reinforcing mesh production due to low investment cost, easy opera-t ion and maintenance. The plant allows a fl exible operation and can be adapted in an optimal way to the requirements of the rein forcing mesh industry. A variety of additional modules allow s the upgrade of the plant at a later date. The plant is suitable for the economical production of l ight and heavy standard mesh panels as well as engineered mesh panels in small and medium batch sizes. Line and cross w ires are straightened and cut. Depending on the development of the market, this plant can also be modifi ed for a production w ith l ine w ires fed from spools or coils by adding the necessary supplementary equipment.

System MG210

The ideal plant for the economical production of light and heavy standard mesh panels and engineered mesh panels as w ell as special mesh panels. With the program mable mesh-pull out device, it is possible to produce mesh panels w idth any desired di erent cross w ire spacing. This opens further pos-sibil it ies in the fl exible adaptation to the reinforcing mesh m arket, especially in the fi eld of engineered mesh and special mesh. Line and cross w ires straightened and cut. The modular unit construction system also allows in case of the System MG210 a start-up w ith a cost-e ective upgradeable basic plant. The big variety of addi t ional modules and options allow s an upgrade to a fully automatic production plant w ith m inimal personnel requirement. The selection of di erent cross w ire feeding systems, p lant concepts w ith very short change over t imes and high production speed can be realized.

Cont rol

The welding current control SWEP developed by Schlatter guarantees uniform and reliable w elding quality. The processes for the entire system are controlled by the process control system PLS Win. This control system is operated via a Windows interface and provides interfaces for computer- assisted work preparation.

The line and cross w ires are straight-ened and cut to length. The l ine w ires are fed in via m anual or sem i-automatic feeding systems. An automatic l ine w ire loading w ith robotic gr ippers can be

used for larger series. Depending on the equipment, the production of meshes w ith longitud inally o set l ine w ires as well as double l ine w ire meshes is also possible.
