Our StorySam Guan, the founder of Welkinland Packs, started his career as international key account manager in Luggage & bags division in SBS Group, where manufactures the Top 2 zipper brand in the world, since September 2007. In SBS, He has been working with a number of world- known brands, including Truper, Columbia, etc. By working with them, He deeply understood how important is the endurance for a pack.

Encouraged and supported by Peter van der Sandt , owner of SL Bags, He started his own business, manufacturing the packs in his home town, where is in the north of Fujian Province, a mountain area, on 2011 November 1st. After 4 years hard work, He expends his business from his home town to Quanzhou area where is one of well-known packs factories center in China since 2016 Sep. 10th.

With his operation, endurance is always his priority during the whole packs manufacture process after 10 years working in this industry. In order to make durable packs, all the materials must be with enough tensile strength and all workmanship must be endurance-oriented. So, making “Packs That Endure” become soul of Welkinland Packs.

Lean Production is another way to go faster. In his brand-new workshop, Sam set up his all facilities with spirit of packs lean production system.
