Sunny will bring the inspiration and insights of the Delivering Happiness approach to work (and life) starting with her personal journey to define the role of happiness in success. We’ll follow the story of Zappos.com from their unlikely success using happiness as a business model to the global movement known as Delivering Happiness, sharing key learnings along the way, with a special focus on the element of Higher Purpose. We’ll uncover the simple formula that’s been used to build authentic, lasting happiness in organizations around the world, and discuss how the same, simple formula ripples out positive impact in our personal lives, in our communities, and ultimately, the world. This will be a lively talk with colorful examples and interactive moments. We’ll end with simple actions you can take to immediately start building a culture where everyone wins; your people, partners, company, community… and the world.
