Hydrotreating catalysts are active once in a sulfided form while either fresh or regenerated catalysts are delivered to the end users under the oxidic form. Initially the sulfidingstep was performed once the catalysts had been loaded into the reactor and various sulfiding agents were used : feedstock, H2S, spiking agents such as DMDS.

In the 80's EURECAT introduced the first off-site technology, SULFICAT, and later developed a full sulfidingprocess, TOTSUCAT.

Off-site regeneration is a complex series of processes allowing a catalyst to recover its qualities to customer's requirements.

Each catalyst is regenerated according to well qualified procedures, with a state of the art process.

YeProcess Technology Wellhead Desander

eProcess Technologies specializes in Compact Separation systems at the Wellhead for removing sand and contaminants. We design, engineer and fabricate Wellhead Desanders per API specification locally to treat multiphase stream (gas, liquids and solids). Our preferred/recommended location would be downstream of Chrismas tree wing valve and upstream of Choke. This will eliminate downstream wear and tear on Choke valves, process equipment and downstream pipelines.

eProcess Wellhead Desander technology enables you to bring on additional/shut-in production from sand producing wells The installation of a Multiphase Desander will enhance production by increasing well rates and reducing process downtime.

Recycling of wastes containing mercury is done in cooperation with our partner Dela GmbH from Germany. Mercury is still a useful raw material, used in many areas of life. Our company’s main aim is the recovery of elemental mercury and the avoidance of mercury emissions. The collection and acquisition of these wastes enables us to process them in an environmentally safe manner by applying our modern technologies and all of export or transport mercury waste we working under Basel Convention Condition.

Thermal treatment by incineration of waste (hazardous waste and household waste)

• A thermal treatment process of waste by combustion in the presence of air. It aims for the complete oxidation of the organic fraction of waste at very high temperatures in special furnaces, adapted to the characteristics of the waste.

• The highly technical facilities integrate a fume purification process prior to release into the atmosphere. These emissions are continuously monitored by air testing.
