TRANSCRIPT
Wellness is like the four wheels on a car. When they are properly inflated and balanced, the car runs smoothly
If one of the tires is low on air or out of balance it can cause the tire to wear unevenly or the car might vibrate. If the tire goes flat, the car will still run but not very well. Eventually the tire, wheel, brakes and axle will be destroyed and the car will “die”.
Our wellness is the same way. If we are depressed (emotional), it can make us not feel well physically. If we are physically sick it can affect our mental and social health. All four parts of wellness are connected to each other and balance each other.
