1. INTRODUCTION
The following sections contain activity lists for the planning phase and scheduling phase, as described
in the previous chapter. They should be seen as guidelines that could be used as a starting point for
setting up a well construction project. Activities not applicable to the specific well construction projectcan be deleted for the specific activity plan.
The lists can be used to assign staff to activities and thus maintain a project management type of
control on the progression of the well construction project.
2. REQUIREMENTS
In order for these lists to be up to date and to reflect the latest lessons learned, the Drilling
Superintendent shall ensure that the electronic versions are being updated after conclusion of every
well construction project.
3. PLANNING PHASE
The following activity list is the base case list for the planning phase:
