Sing-A-Long (Marching in Place)

We’re going on a bear hunt (We’re going on a bear hunt). We’re gonna catch a big one (We’re gonna catch a big one) With great BIG eyes (With great BIG eyes) And a fuzzy little tail (And a fuzzy little tail). Look over there! (Look over there) There’s a Jelly swamp (A Jellly swamp) Can’t go over it…can’t go under it…can’t go around it….We have to go through it!

In order to go through the jelly swamp you must do 10 push-ups!

Finished? Now swim, swim, swim!! (pretend to swim)

In order to climb the great BIG HILL you must do 20 jumping jacks

Finished? Ok, now climb, climb, climb!!!!! (Pretend to climb)

(Look over there) It’s a field full of TALL GRASS. Can’t go over it, can’t go around it…We have to go through it!!!

In order to go through the TALL GRASS, you must do 15 curl-ups

Finished? Now Walk, walk, walk!!! (Pretend to walk through the grass while pushing it out of the way.)

In order to go inside the cave you must do 10 squat jumps.

Finished? Now lets go inside….Quietly!!

You must run (in place) for 2 min to get away from the BIG BEAR

We’ve made it back home, good job everybody that was scary!
