• Takes action in the lack of response: A reminder can be sent more times, after which a designated on-site personnel or a healthcare provider is notified.

Application 2: Fall Detection and Panic Button

• Residents wear panic button / sensors equipped with accelerometers

• In case of fall detection or button pressed, the sensor device beeps and an alert message is sent to the system and to a designated healthcare provider

• In case of false alarm or button pressed, the resident can press a button and disable the message sending

Application 3: Non-intrusive Monitoring

• Detection of early warning signs for depression and/or other chronic diseases by:

• The location of a resident and the duration and tracking in a privacy-preserving manner.
