Interest rates continue to move higher, crossing 4.5% for a 30-year fi xed mortgage. This rate, while historicallylow, is at a 2-year high. When rates fell below 3%, it seemed very unlikely that they would remain there. In fact, they have now risen in dramatic fashion. Don’t continue to wait for rates to jump further.
