Important Items

Mobile Banking 4 implements much of the same feature functionality that is currently found in Mobile Banking 3.

Mobile Banking 4 simply improves upon the foundation of Mobile Banking 3 and reduces the amount of inconsistencies found therein.

Upgrading to Mobile Banking 4 will not require customers to download a new app.

New BillPay enhancements include:

Add/Edit/Delete/View Payees

Add/Edit/Delete/View Single Payments

Add/Edit/Delete/View Recurring Payments

Quick navigation between Activity and Payees supported by swiping. Tap to

reveal actions such as Edit and Delete also added for both Payees and Payments

Customers will be able to filter payees and payments

Feature Enhancements – BillPay

Similar to the BillPay experience in NetTeller, end-users will have the ability to establish and maintenance four different payee types. These payee types are Electronic Business, Electronic Individual, Check Individual, and Email Individual (P2P).

Payee information may be imported from the end- user’s contacts list found on device.

Payee detail information contains quick access information utilizing the device’s native controls. For instance, customers will now be able to call out to a payee simply by tapping the in-app icon.

Feature Enhancements – BillPay

End-users will now have the ability to create and edit One-Time and Recurring Payment types.

Recurring payments may now be scheduled through the app in addition to one-time payments. Calendar picker generates summary for end-user’s to review prior to submission/edit.

All payment types now support editing the memo field.

Like Payees, the Activity screen contains quick access information utilizing the device’s native controls. For instance, end-users will now be able to call out to a payee simply by tapping the in-app icon.

Feature Enhancements – Remote Deposit Anywhere (RDA)

Customers are now navigated directly to the activity list portion of RDA, with the option to add a new deposit.

Integration now supports auto-capture and in-capture informational access.

Information icon moved, and indicator added to further emphasize changes to deposit information.

iOS Touch ID refactored to mirror Android implementation improvements. Interaction is now more intuitive.

Feature Enhancements – Locations

Customers now begin the location experience on the Map View of Locations rather than being forced through a selection process.

Support for high-density location input added, location groups will now cluster together for quick access.

Location detail contains quick access information

utilizing the device’s native controls. For instance, end-users will now be able to call out to a location simply by tapping the in-app icon.
