DEPOSIT: To guarantee your date an initial 20% deposit of the estimated charge is due at contract signing. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the hotel will retain the non-refundable deposit as part of the cancellation fee. Scheduled deposits will be set up with the Reservations Manager.

SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX: All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are exclusive of 22% tax and service charge.

GUARANTEE: Your final guest count guarantee must be received no later than 72 hours prior to your wedding. This number will be considered a guarantee and cannot be reduced.

*MENUS: All of our ingredients are sourced locally from the land, forest and sea hence menus are not set but are created based on availability of locally sourced ingredients from our farm, local farmers and fishermen.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: Any special dietary restrictions for guest can be accommodated and that information should be specified well in advance.

BAR SERVICE: The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any person who appears to be intoxicated. Our Bartenders have the right to require proof of age. Pricing is also available upon request for bar package.

FOOD & BEVERAGE: No food or beverage is allowed to be brought into the hotel. The hotel specifically prohibits the removal of food and beverage from the function by the client or any of the client’s guests.

KITTS MARRIAGE REQUIREMENTSUnless you are a citizen of St. Kitts, there are a few requirements you need to meet before you can exchange vows and become man and wife in our beautiful resort. To ensure that everything is in order before your ceremony, here is a list of regulations you need to meet. Feel free to discuss these requirements with our wedding specialists here at Belle Mont Farm.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED~ A valid passport and birth certificate.~ Passport, driver’s license or other photo ID.~ If divorced, a notarized copy of the divorce absolute,

or an affidavit confirming single status.~ I f widowed, a copy of the death certificate

of the deceased spouse.~ If under eighteen (18), a notarized letter of permission

from both parents or legal guardians.

If a Catholic priest is to perform the ceremony, a letter must come from the couple’s resident priest verifying that they are unmarried and that they have received the necessary instruction. All Catholic weddings take place in the church.

If an Anglican or another minister of religion is to perform the cere-mony, it is recommended that a letter be brought from the couple’s resident minister verifying that they are known and unmarried.

THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF MARRIAGE LICENSES AVAILABLE ON THE CARIBBEAN ISLAND OF ST. KITTS.

Ordinary license – One of you must be resident in St Kitts for 15 days preceding the date of the application for the license. The cost of this license is EC$50.Special license – one of you has to be resident in St Kitts or Nevis for two working days prior to the date of your wedding. The cost of this license is EC$200
