Work Progress

Site and Material Prep:

• All patient room soffits on the North side are complete.

• Fire tapping/caulking is ongoing in the Core/East end.

• Drywall is near complete on the West side.

• Tape and finishing of walls on the West end is underway.

Electrical:

• In wall rough in is complete on the North end.

• City inspection on in wall rough in is complete on the North end.

• In wall rough in is underway in the core/East end.

• Cable tray is complete on the West end and underway on the North.

HVAC:

• Exhaust and return duct in the attic is near complete.

• Roof curbs have been set into place.

• VAV’s are being installed on the West end.

• Condenser unit has shown up onsite.

Plumbing

• Insulating of water lines above ceiling continues on the West end.

• Insulating of water lines “in wall” is under way on the North end.

• MedGas rough in is complete on the North end.

• Sanitary lines are complete on the North end.

• Domestic water lines are complete on the North end.

• All plumbing inspections are complete on the North end.

• MedGas rough in is underway in the core/East end.

• Domestic water lines are underway in the core/West end.

Upcoming Activities

• Sheet rock starts on the North end.

• Bathroom tile install starts next week.

• Roofing starts next week around AHU 4.

• Fire Proofing of AHU 4 support beams.
