SPREADING THE WORD
How are we driving viewings / visits to your home, how arewe influencing them and their agents (communicating toover 6000 Chinese agents) via email and or through mailcommunication to the Chinese Agents Real Estate office. Isthe buyer coming from the neighbourhood (just around thecorner) - if you can target a person who’s not looking throughpeaking their interests to get that specific person to have alook at what your house offers versus theirs right in your ownneighbourhood, this is what needs to happen.
