Owners receive a detailed brochure with information on San Diego pet hotel services–such as pet room-service menu, local dog walking routes, and area pet services, including veterinarians, pet shops and groomers. Loews Coronado Bay Resort charges a $100 per stay fee for pets. Note: They limit the number of pets to two (2) per room, maximum 40 pounds each. Loews Hotels takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety and comfort of all hotel guests and pets. Member and Physician Guest registration is $450, if postmarked or faxed by Thursday, October 13th. Registrations postmarked or faxed after this date will be charged an additional registration fee of $50. Please be sure to register by THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13th to receive the DISCOUNTED EARLY REGISTRATION FEE! Meeting confirmations will be emailed to the email address provided on the registration form.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations received in writing by Monday, October 31st will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. Please note that all refunds will be processed following the conference. TIME ZONE The Loews Coronado Bay Resort is in Coronado, California and is on Pacific Standard Time. Please be aware that the clocks will “fall back” on Saturday night during the meeting. Take advantage of that extra hour of sleep!
