From the Mr. & Mrs. Clause 24” Panel - White (A), fussy cut:• (1) 42 ½” x 21 ½” large panel.

From the Urban Legend - Red (B), cut:• (10) 2 ½” x 21 ½” WOF strips.• (3) 2 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 2 ½” x 46 ½” strips.• (3) 2 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (8) 2 ½” x 11 ½” strips.• (1) 1 ½” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (4) 1 ½” x 4 ½” strips.• (5) 1 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (4) 1 ½” x 48 ½” strips.

From the Check - Gray (C), cut:• (2) 2” x 24 ½” WOF strips.• (3) 2” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 2” x 48 ½” strips. From the Barbed Wire Snowflake - White on White (D), cut:• (4) 2 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 2 ½” x 73 ½” strips.• (3) 2” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 2” x 52 ½” strips.• (5) 2” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (4) 2” x 48 ½” strips.• (2) 1 ½” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (4) 1 ½” x 14 ½” strips.

From the Placemat 24” Panel - White (E), fussy cut:• (4) 17 ½” x 11 ½” small panels.

From the Christmas Cowboy Boots - Lt. Gray (F), cut:• (2) 4 ½” x 46 ½” Length of Fabric (LOF) strips.

From the Christmas Ornaments - Dk. Gray (G), cut:• (1) 6 ½” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (2) 6 ½” x 14 ½” strips.

From the Paisley - Dk. Gray (H), cut:• (1) 5 ½” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (4) 5 ½” squares.• (4) 2” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 2” x 76 ½” strips.• (3) 2” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 2” x 55 ½” strips.• (8) 2 ½” x WOF strips for the binding.

From the Christmas Trees - Red (I), cut:• (4) 5 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 5 ½” x 79 ½” strips.• (3) 5 ½” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 5 ½” x 55 ½” strips.

From the Paisley - White (Backing), cut:• (2) 97” x WOF strips for the backing. Sew the strips together and trim to make the 73” x 97” back.

Unit 1

Sewing Instructions1. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 11 ½” Fabric B strip to each side of (1) 17 ½” x 11 ½” Fabric E small panel. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 21 ½” Fabric B strip to the top and to the bottom of the Fabric A small panel. Trim the block to measure 20 ½” x 14 ½” to make (1) Block One rectangle (Fig. 1). Repeat to make (4) Block One rectangles total.

2. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 21 ½” Fabric B strip to each side of (1) 42 ½” x 21 ½” Fabric A large panel. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 46 ½” Fabric B strip to the top and to the bottom of the Fabric A large panel. Trim the block to measure 45 ½” x 24 ½” to make (1) Unit 1 block (Fig. 2).

Quilt Top Assembly (Refer to the Quilt Layout while assembling.)6. Sew (1) Block One rectangle to each side of (1) Block Four strip to make Row One. Repeat to make Row Five.

7. Sew (1) 2” x 48 ½” Fabric D strip to the top and to the bottom of (1) Block Three strip lengthwise to make Row Two. Repeat to make Row Four.

8. Sew Row One, Row Two, Block Two Rectangle, Row Four and Row Five together in that order to make the Center Block.

9. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 73 ½” Fabric D strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 2” x 52 ½” Fabric D strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

10. Sew (1) 2” x 76 ½” Fabric H strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 2” x 55 ½” Fabric H strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

11. Sew (1) 5 ½” x 79 ½” Fabric I strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 5 ½” Fabric H square to each end of (1) 5 ½” 55 ½” Fabric I strip. Repeat to make a second strip. Sew the strips to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block to make the quilt top.

12. Layer and quilt as desired.

13. Sew the (8) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric H strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press.

14. Bind as desired.

3. Sew (1) 2” x 24 ½” Fabric C strip to each side of the Unit 1 block. Sew (1) 2” x 48 ½” Fabric C strip to the top and to the bottom of the Unit 1 block to make (1) Block Two rectangle (Fig. 3).

4. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 4 ½” Fabric B strip to each end of (1) 46 ½” x 4 ½” Fabric F strip. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 48 ½” Fabric B strip to the top and to the bottom of the Fabric F strip to make (1) Block Three strip (Fig. 4). Repeat to make a second Block Three strip.

5. Sew (1) 1 ½” x 14 ½” Fabric D strip to each side of (1) 6 ½” x 14 ½” Fabric G strip to make (1) Block Four strip (Fig. 5). Repeat to make a second Block Four strip.
