Westview Heights Fall Indoor Programs In person sign-up will be held on Tuesday September 8th & Monday September 14 from 6:00-8:00PM at
Caroline Robins School, 1410 Byers Crescent. Please visit our website at www.westviewheightscommunity.com for the latest program information. Online sign-up will begin Wednesday September 9. Email [email protected] for information. Free babysitting will be offered on Tuesday & Wednesday adult classes. A non-refundable membership fee of $10/family per year is required to participate in programs. We accept other community association memberships. To ensure everyone has an opportunity

Message from the President
Hello Residents of the Westview Community!
The Westview Heights Community Association had an amazing year with our Annual Culture Day in the
Park, Fall Indoor Programs, AGM, Volunteer Appreciation Night, Winter Indoor Programs, Rink,
Turkey Bingo, Spring Indoor Programs, Crime Watch Patrols, Outdoor Soccer, and Community
Garage Sale and BBQ. We have a great group of volunteers that spend countless hours planning and
implementing the events and programs that contribute so positively to our community!
This year we will continue to organize an assortment
of fun and affordable activities for you and your family. We will start off with Indoor Program
Registration on September 8th, Culture Day in the Park September 26th, AGM October 19th, and
a Turkey Bingo in late November or early December.
Currently our executive committee is flourishing with
a good mixture of new and experienced volunteers. We would like to welcome our newest
member Ashley as our new Social Coordinator. She comes with a background of
event planning so look forward to some great events this year!
We are always in need of more volunteers, we are
currently looking for more Members At Large. If you like having fun and hanging out with a great group of people, if you want to give back to your community
through volunteering, or if you want more information about what we are all about, we would love to hear from you! Attend our Annual General

Caroline Robins School - Registration It’s soon time to head back to school! SEPT. 1st is REGISTRATION DAY for all students at Caroline Robins Community School. PreK and K students already registered are invited to drop in from 9:00-10:00 a.m. with an adult. Please bring proof of birthdate if not already done. NEW Grade 1-8 students are invited to drop in and register (bring proof of birthdate) and have a little tour of the school). ALL RETURNING or REGISTERED Grade 1-8 students
attend for the morning: 9:00-12:00. Regular classes begin September 2nd

WELCOME TO KINDERGARTEN! Are you 5 years old, or will you be 5 by Jan. 31st, 2016? If so, you are invited to register for Kindergarten on Sept. 1st from 9:00-10:00
at CAROLINE ROBINS SCHOOL (1410 Byers Crescent) Come and meet the teachers, visit the classroom and share a snack with other Kindergarten friends. Please bring an adult and proof of your birthdate with you. SEE YOU THEN!
WHCA indoor programs are hiring a babysitter at Caroline Robins School on Tuesday & Wednesdays from 6:00-8:30. Pay is

Come and meet the executive committee and have a say about what you would like to see happen in your neighbourhood. We will
also be voting in new executive members at this time. If you would like to volunteer this is the night to jump in!
Coffee, juice and snacks provided. $100 draw for attendees with a valid Membership. Memberships
will be available for purchase for $10 that evening.

uncles, cousin and you do not need to be living in the community of
Massey Place or having children attend Vincent Massey to be part of
this amazing event.
