3/15
Prior to the meeting, Mr. Winter got his facts together by presenting a detailedplan for the replacement of the bad lines. To summarize:
- from the a/c unit to the nearest exterior wall- up the wall to the break between the first and second floor- Along the wall to just outside of the interior unit, through the wall.
The contractor Mr. Winters has chosen appears to be adequately insured andlicensed. Because the tenants of his unit are currently without a/c, the Boardhas given Mr. Winters the go ahead to use this contractor (AAA ConstantComfort) with the understanding that he will provide the necessary insuranceand licensing paperwork before work is commenced.
After discussion, a new plan was agreed upon:
- From the a/c unit, to the exterior wall- Up the wall, along the existing gutter downspout- Into the attic- Across the attic and down to the interior a/c unit
JC drafted the following resolution:
Mr. Winters has presented a proposal to replace the existing damaged Freonlines for his unit (219).
The plan is to run the line up the side of the unit, into the attic, and down intothe a/c unit.
The line will be run parallel to the gutter downspout already in place andcovered completely with material identical to the gutter.
This document is signed and on fileMr. Winters agrees to modify his plan accordingly.DJ moves to accept the modified plan that Mr. Winters has submitted. LR
