How Does Space Draw Work?

■ Attending Space Draw gives you the opportunity to personally select the best space available

at your time in the process.

■ Space Draw takes place at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida, where you can meet

with service providers to plan your booth, and attend marketing workshops to help you

promote your NPE2018 presence.

■ The Space Draw lottery determines the order in which exhibiting companies select

NPE2018 exhibit space within their designated category.

■ Exhibitors who submit their application and deposit by November 18, 2016, are entered into

the Space Draw lottery. Companies submitting contracts and/or deposits after November 18,

2016, will be placed in the next open position of their designated category, after companies who

participated in the Space Draw lottery.

■ By submitting your space application now, you’ll have the opportunity to be at the top of your

designated category to select your booth.
