Well how should I start this ? I am 23 years old ! I have lost the person who meant

the world to me ! Here is my story! My name is Carolyn. I am still in love with this guy, his

name was James. The story began when we were in the Secondary school. He was one ofmy good friends. Although I had known him since primary six, I did not dare talk to him or

even smile at him. I don't know why? But I knew that there was some kind of chemistry

between us. Nevertheless I was not sure whether it was friendship or love.

My name is carolyn Jenovah and I'm studying in Form 1 at the Convent Secondary School

which is situated in the heart of Muar, a small town in Johore. I am the first child among

my three siblings. My father is an executive manager in a hotel and well my mother is a

staff nurse in a maternity clinic. We are a middle class family in this pensioners' paradise.

Mean while, my guy's name is James Carter and he was seven months senior and studying

at a renowned school in town. He is the an only son for his beloved parents after his elder

brother met with a car accident five years ago. He also comes from a middle class family.

We became closer when we were attending tuition classes when were in primary six. Then I

was scared to talk to boys and felt very shy of them. After we had both finished our primary

six, we did not get to meet each other and I started to miss him a lot.

One night, when I was online with my Facebook friends..........all of sudden a message

appeared in my chat box. The message went hi... It was so amazing as the message was

from James. I too replied...hi... He continued I miss you a lot. Indeed, I was shocked

to hear that from him. I asked him why are saying such things, James? Then he replied, I

really miss you, I need you in my life, I know you like me, but time and situation are

barriers that keep us apart. I really didn't know what to say but I admitted to him that I

missed him too. From that day onwards we started chatting until late night and got to knoweach other once again. In fact I nominated him as my best boy frined but not as my special

boy friend, when we entered Secondary School, our rellationship blossomed and I did not

feel solitary anymore. We got to know and to understand each other's needs.

Most of my friends and his friends gossiped a lot about us. They said that we were a pair of

lovers but it was not true. Even though initially we did not have such feelings towards each

other unfortunately the feeling of friendship between us changed into true love. I still

remember the day he proposed to me, the most meaningful day in my life 31 March 2007.

We were deeply in love with each other, Even though we were in love, we never forgot our

responsibiliy as students and we did our best to safeguard the trust that our parents towards

us. We promised to marry after graduation. We wanted a stable life. For a beautiful and a

meaningful life we promised each other we would study hard to make our parents proud.

Four years later both of us finished our Form 5 and passed our exams with flying colours.

With the blessing of God he got the JPA Scholarship to further his studies in pharmacy at
