In achieving the prestigious Certified Financial Planner Certification you must successfully pass the Certified Financial Planner Certification Examination. As we all know the Certified Financial Planner Certification is the designation awarded to those financial planners and other professionals who were able to complete the formal CFP course program and successfully passed the Certified Financial Planner Certification Examination.

However, for you to take such exam it is important that you are able to complete all the CFP Certification requirements given by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards or commonly known as the CFP Board.

3. You must complete the three years full time work experience as a financial planner, assistant financial planner or any career related in the financial services industry. As ironic as it may sound but the only way for you to earn your license is through working without it at first.
