When you are in a fight always attack as hard as possible. This not only gives you confidence but also breaks the confidence of the opponent. Even if the opposition is easy on you, stay hard. Never let your foes rise their heads. Now, who your real enemies are - anger, disap- pointment etc. Always put your best foot forward. Any time you get loosened up, you not only lose the pre- cious lead but also give the opponent a chance to come back. Take your own decisions Playing a spinner or three fast bowlers or a combination of both, Dhoni always made his own decisions. The so-called experts kept yelling and terming dhoni's decision as incorrect of not picking a spinner. But Dhoni stood adamant and the fast bowler who did a splendid job and kept the confidence of his captain. When you are responsible for something, had you did exactly what was expected and still you lost, people will not spare blaming you. So when you will be blamed for a loss, why not take your own decisions. at least you will not feel pity inside as well as outside. You will know that at least the decision was owned by you. And as Krishna said - You cannot control the results. Just do your Karma. Take responsibilities Right after the world cup when Ravi Shastri asked Dhoni about how he was feeling, he said: “Relieved”. Not only because he won a World cup for India but also because his decisions worked. He still politely admitted that my decisions could have been the point of controversy. Thankfully we won otherwise all would have raised questions about my elevated batting order, playing Sreeshanth etc. So, own your responsibilities all the way through they are finished. So even if you fail in the end, you know that you are responsible for everything. Then take lessons and move ahead. Lead from the front Whether he scored runs or not, he led from the front. Dhoni motivated his batsman to get good runs and resist any bowling attack. Similarly, he shuffled all his bowlers regularly and even those who failed to perform were given enough opportunity to come back. And they did. So whether you are a team member or leader, your performance must be top notch. Never shrug off your responsibilities if you are not a leader. You at least and always will be a leader of yourself. Because you lead your own decisions. You at times hear your heart and ignore it on the other occasions. So always be a leader and lead with a strong a positive attitude. Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni has already delegated his duties to his deputy and

most suitable player Virat Kohli. He is now preparing to play fo next world cup and then per-

haps will hang his boots. Like Saurav Ganguli, Dhoni too brought in a fresh wave of attitude

in the team that not only earned success for the team but also respectable reputation.

After several trophies, Dhoni has proved that he was the best skipper Indian ever had. This

man not only is capable of turning the tide his way, he also has a personality that can teach

one and all something or other. Now Dhoni is an inspiration - not only for cricketers and aspir-

ing players but to everyone. Wondering what a top cricketer has to do with inspiring the com-

mon individual? Read on to know that.

Cool attitude

Well, that is his best quality. Dhoni remains calm and cool in all situations whether it’s an excite-

ment of getting a big success or a shock given by the opposition. His players commit some

serious mistakes but he remains calm and a smile never leaves his face. This is a message

to fellow people to let the past buried and start fresh. If you bowled a bad ball that went to the

boundary, forget that and start afresh with next ball and prove your value.

Being cool is the best quality one can have. We come across many bad situations every day.

Now those who are emotional fall prey to a situation and commit mistakes. While those like

Dhoni will monitor the situation and wait for the best time to play their shot. The second attempt

always gives you better chance as you know where to and how hard to hit.

Attack hard

Always notice the shots Dhoni plays. He backs them with

immense power. His popular helicopter shot is based on tremen-

dous power. Even his single shots sometimes become a

boundary.

When you are in a fight always attack as hard as possible. This not only gives you confidence

but also breaks the confidence of the opponent. Even if the opposition is easy on you, stay

hard. Never let your foes rise their heads. Now, who your real enemies are - anger, disap-

pointment etc.

Always put your best foot forward. Any time you get loosened up, you not only lose the pre-

cious lead but also give the opponent a chance to come back.

Take your own decisions

Playing a spinner or three fast bowlers or a combination of both, Dhoni always made his own

decisions. The so-called experts kept yelling and terming dhoni's decision as incorrect of not

picking a spinner. But Dhoni stood adamant and the fast bowler who did a splendid job and

kept the confidence of his captain.

When you are responsible for something, had you did exactly what was expected and still you

lost, people will not spare blaming you. So when you will be blamed for a loss, why not take

your own decisions. at least you will not feel pity inside as well as outside. You will know that

at least the decision was owned by you. And as Krishna said - You cannot control the results.

Just do your Karma.

Take responsibilities

Right after the world cup when Ravi Shastri asked Dhoni about how he was feeling, he said:

“Relieved”. Not only because he won a World cup for India but also because his decisions

worked. He still politely admitted that my decisions could have been the point of controversy.

Thankfully we won otherwise all would have raised questions about my elevated batting order,

playing Sreeshanth etc.

So, own your responsibilities all the way through they are finished. So even if you fail in the

end, you know that you are responsible for everything. Then take lessons and move ahead.

Lead from the front

Whether he scored runs or not, he led from the front. Dhoni motivated his batsman to get good

runs and resist any bowling attack. Similarly, he shuffled all his bowlers regularly and even

those who failed to perform were given enough opportunity to come back. And they did.

So whether you are a team member or leader, your performance must be top notch. Never

shrug off your responsibilities if you are not a leader. You at least and always will be a leader

of yourself. Because you lead your own decisions. You at times hear your heart and ignore it

on the other occasions. So always be a leader and lead with a strong a positive attitude.
