ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY A STUDENT TO THE UNIVERSITY FOR USE IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

ANY RECORD FROM WHICH A STUDENT CAN BE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIED

THIS INCLUDES (BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO) INFORMATION REQUESTED BY INSURANCE COMPANIES, POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS, ENROLLMENT VERIFICATIONS TO OTHER INSTITUTIONS, PARENTS

Disclosing Non-Directory Information

A school official has a legitimate educational interest if the official needs to review an education record in order to fulfill his/her professional responsibility.

Legitimate Educational Interest = The demonstrated need to know by those officials of an institution who act in the students’ educational interest, including faculty, administration, clerical and professional employees, and other persons who manage student record information.

The specific written consent of the student: An online “Buckley Form” completed on OneStop by the student

Specific letter for the current request for information

A copy of their most recent tax return form stating their

son/daughter is a dependent
