How to create your Gateless accountStart by going to Gateless.com. The preferred browser is Google Chrome. Click on the blue tab on the top of the screen that says, “Create Your Free Account.”

Next, we’ll need you to tell us about yourself:

» Name – Insert your full name.

» Email – Pick an email address you use often.

» Zip Code – Use the zip code of the city where your office is located.

» Password – Must be at least 10 characters, feature at least one uppercase character, at least one lowercase character and cannot contain your first or last name, or company name.

» Make sure to answer whether you’re working with a loan officer.

» Click “Create a Free Account.”

» You will receive a confirmation email at the address you’ve provided. Be sure to check all email folders- inbox, spam, etc..

» Click the link in the email to verify your account. This link will expire within 3 days.

» If you do not receive the verification link, log into your account, and resend the link. If you continue to not receive, please reach out to info@gateless.com.

Activate your Profile To maximize the power of Gateless, follow these quick steps below.

» For a new user, please click on “Marketing Tools” to activate your account.

» For an existing user, please click the featured box to confirm the new terms of service of Gateless

» After you confirm the new terms of service, simply click on “Marketing Tools” to unlock your access to your Gateless marketing features.

» Circle back to “My Profile” and click on the “Edit” icon to add in any information that you would like present on marketing materials. Ex: Address, office number, headshot, logo, etc…

*Images MUST be either a .jpg or .png and less than 1MB

Updates for existing usersWe have made some important updates to the profiles of existing Gateless users.

These changes include:

» Time zone

» MLS regional Association*

» MLS username*

If you are having problems updating your profile after adding these three required fields follow these steps:

» Go to “My Profile,” and click “Edit.”

» Re-save your profile and logo files as a .jpg or .png and then re-upload them into your profile.*

» Once you have updated your profile, click on the small box to confirm the new terms of service, and then click on the “Marketing Tools” tab to unlock access to your Gateless marketing features.

Why adding your MLS information is beneficial If you’re wondering on the significance of providing this information:

» Inputting your Regional MLS Association along with your MLS username, allows for your property listings within your association to automatically populate when creating a property flyer or single property website.

If you do not want to provide your MLS association and username:

» You may choose “Other” for association, and input “None” for MLS username.

» Listings with Regional MLS associations that are not part of Gateless will not be accessible in property flyer templates and websites. You can create a blank flyer template and edit the contents by using instructions at the bottom of page 6.

If you cannot locate your Regional MLS Association in the dropdown menu:

Marketing flyers that help you stand outGateless can help you promote your business with customized marketing and property flyers!

Marketing flyersGateless’ library of marketing flyers features materials for buyers, sellers and mortgages. To access these flyers:

» On the Gateless homepage, hover over the “Marketing Tools” tab.

» Under “Print Marketing,” click “Create.”

» Click the blue “Actions,” tab, then “Select.”

» Make sure you’re selected under “Co-marketing Partner Profile.”

» Under “User Profile,” choose the loan officer you’re co-marketing with.

» Click “Customize and Publish,” at the top of the page.

» Name the file, add draft notes and re-size the image if necessary. Then, click “Save First Draft.”

» Click “Save & Publish.” Flyers cannot be deleted or edited after publishing, but can be archived.

» To find your completed flyer, go back to the “Marketing Tools,” tab and click “Saved.”

Property flyersWe’ve made it easy for your property flyers to stand out. The flyers can feature multiple images, include up to two actual loan options and contain a video link to a virtual tour!

Creating an already listed flyer:

» On the Gateless homepage, hover over the “Marketing Tools,” tab.

» Under “Print Marketing” click “Create Property Flyer.”

» Click the blue “Actions,” tab, then “Select.”

» Make sure you are selected under “Co-marketing Partner Profile.”

» In the “User Profile,” box, select the loan officer you’re working with.

» Find a listing by searching by MLS number, state, city or agent name.* Listings will appear after clicking the magnifying glass icon.

» Select a listing and click “Customize and Publish,” in the upper-left corner.

» Name the file, add draft notes or alter the images, listing description and headline by clicking on them (if necessary). Click “Save First Draft.”

» Click “Save & Publish.” Flyers cannot be deleted or edited after publishing, but can be archived.

» To find your completed flyer, go back to the “Marketing Tools,” tab and click “Saved.”

*To create a custom property flyer not using MLS information, select a property flyer template that does not contain rates and click “Customize and Publish,” in the upper-left. A blank template will appear that will allow you to edit by clicking on the highlighted areas of the template as you move your mouse over it.

Single property websitesPromote an individual property with fully customizable single property websites.

» Hover over the “Marketing Tools,” tab on the top-left side of the Gateless homepage, then click “Single Property Flyers.”

» Click the blue plus sign on the top-left corner of the screen.

» In the “Settings,” tab, make sure you are chosen in the “Agent Partners,” field and choose a loan officer in the “Lending Partners,” field.

» Search for a property by MLS number, state, or location and select a listing. Listings will appear after clicking the magnifying glass icon.

» Add branding for you and your agent to the site by clicking “Add,” next to your names.

» Click the pencil icon to add banners, ask for registration, edit the color scheme, page title, images, top intro text, street address, city, video links, property details and virtual tour links.

» Click the globe icon to name the site and fill out the “Page Address Link.” Insert a dash in between every word. For example: 500-West-Sesame-Street-Chicago-IL-60660.

» Click the blue “Actions,” tab and click “Save.”

» To view your website, go to the “Marketing Tools,” tab and click “Single Property Websites.”

» A list of your sites with statistics will appear, click “View Page,” to view the site.

Loan status monitorLoan Status Monitor is your personal dashboard and enables you to keep track of every client from pre-qualification all the way to closing! Your loan officer will also send you email alerts every time your client advances to the next milestone.

To access the Loan Status Monitor:

» Click on the “Tools,” tab at the top right corner of the screen.

» Click “Loan Status,” at the top of the dropdown menu.
